Well Head Components (API 6A)
Well Head components are critical for the safety and efficient extraction operations oil and gas. They contain many components like casing and tubing heads, casing spools, valves, chokes, and connectors. They are used to provide structural support, pressure, and fluid control.
API 6A certification ensures our well head components meet the stringent criteria led down for design, manufacture, and testing while ensuring safety in the gas exploration and production process.

Casing Heads
All IEC-22 and IEC-29 heads have standard API Flanges. Optional lockdown screws (two) for bowl protectors or (multiple) for annular seal compression can be provided on request.
Top Connections
All IEC-22 and IEC-29 heads have standard API Flanges. Optional lockdown screws (two) for bowl protectors or (multiple) for annular seal compression can be provided on request.
Bottom Connections
The standard bottom preparation is the most commonly used Slip On Weld Socket (SOW). API female, BTC and proprietary casing threads can be provided on request.

API 6-A limits the MWP for threaded joints as follows:
4-1/2 to 10-3/4 5000 psi
11-3/4 to 13-3/8 3000 psi
Casing Spools
IEC-22/29 -Spool Bowls and Outlets
The 22 Type Bowl has been a field proven universally accepted design. The 45° load shoulder in the straight bowl, accepts the C-21 and C-22 casing hangers which have been an industry standard for many years. Standard outlets are 2-1/16,2000 to 5000 psi WP. Housings rated 10,000 psi have 1-13/16″ outlets. Studded or flanged outlets have internal VR threads. API line pipe outlets are also available.

All IEC spools have standard API flanges. Optional lockdown screws (two) for bowl protectors or (multiple) for annular seal compression can be provided on request.
Bottom Connections
The bottom connections are API Flanges and accept standard PE pack off bushings.
